The US hotel group Hyatt has opened a hotel in the "Me and All" chain at Via Nova 80 in Flims (GR). The brand, for which Hyatt has concluded a franchise agreement with the German hotel group Lindner, is currently only represented in Germany. This is the first new opening since the chain was acquired by Hyatt.

The "Me and All Hotel Flims" will be Hyatt's fifth hotel in Switzerland and will have 73 units, divided into 47 guest rooms and 26 apartments. The region is home to the Flims-Laax-Falera ski resort, one of the largest ski destinations in Switzerland. "This hotel represents a significant milestone as it is Me and All Hotels' first project outside of Germany and marks an important step in Hyatt's ambitious expansion plans for the brand," says Michel Morauw, Managing Director North EAME at Hyatt. He announces the brand's expansion in the DACH region and far beyond.

The concept is based on a lean operating model, lively public areas and a flexible design. A spa and fitness area covering 850 square meters is also available in Flims. Conference rooms covering 134 square meters have also been set up. (aw)
