Lucerne: US company rents 744 square meters of office space
A cooling technology specialist opens a centrally located office in Lucerne. Colliers Switzerland was mandated with the entire letting process.
The US company Carrier has rented 744 square meters of office space in Lucerne at Floraweg 2. The Swiss branch of the company, which specializes in cooling and heating technology, will fit out the space, which is located near the railroad station and Lake Lucerne, itself and move into it in the summer. Carrier commissioned the consulting firm Colliers Switzerland with the lease. The mandate covered the entire search and negotiation process.
