Since the launch of the real estate fund Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV - Commercial Income (ERRES-CI) in July 2024 with CHF 54.4 million in equity, the fund manager Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA has completed five transactions with a total investment volume of CHF 85 million and an average gross yield of 5.5 %. According to the fund management company, the initial capital has now been fully invested. It has therefore decided, together with the Board of Directors, to carry out a capital increase of around CHF 56 million in February 2025 (subscription ratio of 1 new share for 1 existing share). The subscription period begins on February 17 and ends on February 28, 2025; payment is scheduled for March 7, 2025. The issue price will be announced at a later date with the publication of the issue prospectus. The fresh funds from the capital increase are to be used for the further development of the portfolio through the acquisition of new commercial assets; the fund management is currently in the process of securing a high-quality transaction pipeline. The goal of distributing an annual dividend of CHF 4.50/unit is being maintained. (bw)
