Procimmo: SICAV has acquired for 100 million

Procimmo SA announces the acquisition of three commercial properties for the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV Industrial sub-fund - the former Swiss Commercial Fund. The transactions with a total value of around CHF 93 million were completed within a month. The fund had previously carried out a capital increase of around CHF 100 million in November 2024. The newly raised funds are now fully invested, according to the statement.

In addition to the previously announced purchase in Pratteln, the aforementioned sum of CHF 93 million is distributed as follows (IB reported) in Crissier (CHF 21.3 million) and St. Gallen (CHF 18.0 million). The buildings in Pratteln and Crissier comprise industrial and retail use, while the acquisition in St. Gallen exclusively comprises industrial space. "These properties offer above-average returns and will make a positive contribution to the net return of the fund", according to a statement. "The Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Industrial sub-fund is thus consolidating its position as the Swiss market leader in industrial funds and improving its profitability and the quality of its portfolio", the fund management company continues.
