The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF) announces a capital increase in March. The planned volume of around CHF 57 million corresponds to a ratio of one new share for nine existing shares. According to the fund management company, the funds will be used to finance an acquisition portfolio. Of the total amount, CHF 33 million is earmarked for secured transactions and CHF 20 million for ongoing acquisitions. The remaining amount will be used to finance development projects. The strategic debt ratio will be maintained, Dominicé announced.

The portfolio currently comprises 54 properties worth around CHF 694 million. "The fund management reserves the right to postpone the capital increase depending on market developments," it said in a statement. (aw)
