Intershop Holding places bond
The issue had a volume of CHF 100 million and a coupon of 1.21%.
Intershop Holding AG placed a fixed-interest bond on January 27. The volume reportedly amounts to CHF 100 million. With a term of three years, the paper bears interest at 1.21 %. Intershop writes in a press release: "The capital raised will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance mortgage loans".
The placement was coordinated by UBS AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank as joint lead managers and Raiffeisen Switzerland Cooperative as co-manager. Application will be made for admission to listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. (aw)
