Wincasa with new responsibilities in the CMSM area
There are two new heads for the "Strategy & Services" team in the Center & Mixed-Used Site Management division. The topics of "Settlement Coaching" and "Community Management" have been given their own unit.

Wincasa is reorganizing the 'Strategy & Services' team in the Center & Mixed-Used Site Management (CMSM) division. This will be split on April 1. "This restructuring will strengthen our expertise in a targeted manner and further expand our services for customers," Wincasa announced. Corina Salomon and Alexa Müller will take over the management of the two new units. They will report directly to Thomas Hinderling, Head of CMSM and member of the Executive Board.
Separate unit "Settlement Coaching & Communities"
Salomon has been working for Wincasa since 2019 and has taken over the management of the "Settlement Coaching & Communities" division. She joined center management as a content manager with a focus on social media and digital communication channels and became a specialist in real estate community management. "In this role, she connects people, revitalizes spaces and promotes the revitalization of mixed-use areas," writes Wincasa in a press release. Since 2025, she has also been responsible for the pioneering project "Settlement Coaching", which mediates between owners and tenants and develops "community-promoting offers". In her new role, she will lead a team of eight. Under her leadership, the area will be further expanded to include "Real Estate Community Management", which focuses on revitalizing mixed-use areas and neighbourhoods, as well as "Promotion Management", which aims to use a centralized platform for marketing temporary rental spaces - e.g. for food trucks and pop-ups.
Alexa Müller is responsible for marketing and rental, among other things
Müller has been working for Wincasa since 2022 and will take over as Head of Marketing & Projects. She started out as a real estate site manager and previously worked for the expansion department at Migros and for H&B Real Estate. She has a background in facility management and a master's degree in real estate. She will lead three specialized teams with a total of 10 employees.
Among other things, Müller is responsible for "Marketing & Branding", which includes, for example, the development and implementation of brand strategies, campaigns and "signage" for centers and sites, as well as working with an in-house branding agency. She is also responsible for letting commercial and retail space, pop-up concepts and interim lettings as well as the strategic management of revitalization projects, conversions and property-related analyses.
"With the adapted structure in the CMSM division, Wincasa is creating a needs-based focus on the diverse requirements of owners, tenants and other stakeholders," the company writes.
