Zumikon: Allreal project about to start construction
Construction of the 19 terraced single-family homes is due to start at the end of the month.
Allreal has started marketing 19 terraced single-family homes in Zumikon (ZH). Construction of the project will begin at the end of March. Allreal has developed and is realizing the housing estate. The project was designed by Mathis Kamplade Architekten and Theres Hollenstein Architektur. They came out on top in a study competition that was held in 2021. The project will be realized on the site directly opposite the Inter-Community School Zurich.
