Epic Suisse increases rental income
Revenue increased slightly in 2024 - profit, including the valuation result, even increased significantly.

Epic Suisse AG increased its rental income by CHF 1.3% to CHF 66.2 million in the 2024 financial year, mainly as a result of indexation. The reduction in the vacancy rate from 4.6TP3T to 4.2% also contributed to this.
The value of the real estate portfolio increased by CHF 5.1% to CHF 1.61 billion. The increase includes unrealized capital gains of CHF 23.4 million (previous year: CHF -9.7 million). Excluding the revaluation effect, EBITDA rose from CHF 52.4 million to CHF 53.1 million and profit fell slightly from CHF 40.9 million to CHF 40.6 million. The decline is due to higher financing costs, according to Epic. Including the valuation result, profit improved from CHF 17.6 million to CHF 47.3 million.
The dividend is expected to increase by 5 centimes to CHF 3.15 per share, which would correspond to a yield of 3.9%. Rental income is expected to grow by 2 to 3% in the current year. (aw)
