Seraina Invest Foundation: Ingo Bofinger new Managing Director
The former CEO of the Afiaa investment foundation took up his new position on April 1 and will focus primarily on investor relations.
The Seraina Investment Foundation is expanding its management team and has appointed Ingo Bofinger as its new Managing Director as of April 1. "This is in line with the strong growth of the investment foundation and in order to achieve its ambitious goals", Seraina writes in a press release. In future, the management team will consist of Reto Niedermann, Peter Hausberger, Tobias Meyer and Ingo Bofinger.
As Managing Director, Bofinger will focus in particular on investor relations. He will also be a member of the Investment Committee of the Seraina Investment Foundation.
Most recently, Bofinger was CEO of Afiaa Real Estate AG and Head of Real Estate at Avadis Vorsorge AG. He worked for Avadis for a total of eight years. Previous positions include the German insurer Gothaer and the Deutsche Bank subsidiary Rreef. (aw)
