HIAG Immobilien AG expands its management team
The site developer HIAG Immobilien AG is strengthening its management team with Dr. Jvo Grundler as General Counsel. Grundler was most recently Managing Partner Legal at EY Switzerland.
In addition to CEO Martin Durchschlag and CFO Laurent Spindler, Dr. Jvo Grundler (51) will join the Executive Board as General Counsel in May 2017, HIAG announced. In addition, the Board of Directors will propose Jvo Grundler for election as the fifth member of the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2017.
Grundler was most recently General Counsel and Managing Partner Legal Switzerland at EY Switzerland. He studied in St. Gallen and Cambridge and was admitted to the bar in 1993. He has worked as a legal advisor for more than 20 years, in particular in the areas of M&A and capital market transactions. Grundler intends to continue working for selected companies outside HIAG.
