pom+: Beat Schwab joins the Board of Directors
The real estate consulting company pom+Consulting AG complements its board of directors. Dr. Beat Schwab will strengthen the board as of May 15.
Beat Schwab looks back on a long career in the real estate sector: After working as an analyst for the construction industry and real estate markets at UBS and Credit Suisse First Boston, he became managing director and co-owner of Sevis AG, a service provider for integral facility services, in 1999.
After the sale of the company to the ISS Group in 2004, he became a member of the management of ISS Schweiz AG. Schwab was CEO of Wincasa AG from 2007 to 2012 and then moved to Credit Suisse as Head of Real Estate Asset Management.
Since mid-2017, Schwab has been an independent real estate entrepreneur and active board member, including at Zug Estates Holding AG, Swiss Federal Railways SBB, Varia US Properties AG and Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) AG.
