On May 2, 2017, the 68th Swiss Real Estate Talk was held on the topic "Conversion and repositioning of office properties". took place. More than 120 participants attended the event at the Metropol restaurant in Zurich. The speakers Peter Lehmann, Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG, Robert van der Graaf, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Johannes Fräulin, H&B Real Estate, presented various exciting case studies and gave their views on when conversion is worthwhile and what needs to be considered.
