Andri Eglitis appointed new head of research at Corpus Sireo
Dr. Andri Eglitis is the new Head of Research at Corpus Sireo, which is part of Swiss Life. Eglitis succeeds Martin Lippmann, who left the company at his own request after eight years and is now with Deutsche Asset und Wealth Management.
At Corpus Sireo, Andri Eglitis, who holds a doctorate in geography, will be responsible for the development of market studies and real estate market-related evaluations as well as market and sector analyses of national and international real estate markets. He will also advise the management on product development and placement as well as investment decisions.
Most recently, Eglitis was a research consultant at MSCI (formerly IPD), Frankfurt am Main. Prior to that, he was head of research at IPD Investment Property Databank in Wiesbaden. From 2006 to 2009, Eglitis held leading positions at Corpus Sireo Asset Management Commercial GmbH and Sireo Real Estate in Heusenstamm. Further stations of his career were RREEF, Eschborn, and CB Richard Ellis, Frankfurt am Main. (ah)
