BFC REI realizes projects worth more than half a billion CHF
BFC REI AG, real estate developer of the Liechtenstein-based BFC Group, has projects with a volume of more than half a billion CHF in the pipeline in the first half of the year. Several project developments are currently being implemented in the target markets of Switzerland, Germany and the UK, the company says.
In Switzerland, BFC REI has secured building land at several locations. Planning work is currently underway for investment properties in rental housing, senior residences and a large center development, BFC REI says.
In Germany, BFC REI has acquired a commercial building in the center of Düsseldorf, which is to be refurbished and extended. In Emmerich on the Rhine, the real estate developer is planning and realizing a health care residential park on an area of 50,000 sqm with, among other things, offerings for life in old age. And in prime London locations, several projects in the high-end residential segment with a total investment volume of more than 100 million pounds are being implemented, including "The Furlong Collection" in Kentish Town in Inner London , a 45 million CHF project involving the construction of 20 houses and ten apartments.
BFC REI AG is an independent company within the Liechtenstein BFC Group with headquarters in Balzers. On the one hand, the company deals with the development and realization of real estate projects, on the other hand with the optimization of investment properties. (ah)
