SPS takes over Résidence Gottaz Senior in Morges
Swiss Prime Site (SPS) has acquired the Résidence Gottaz Senior SA in Morges via its group company Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG as of June 30, 2017. The seller is Boas-Yakhin Holding based in Crissier (VD).

The residential and nursing center in Morges has 45 nursing beds spread over four buildings, some of which date back to the 18th century. The ensemble of buildings and the park cover an area of over 12,000 square meters. The parties to the contract have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
"La Gottaz is unique in terms of its type and location. It complements our portfolio of high-quality properties almost ideally and at the same time helps us to secure the long-term operation of La Gottaz for Tertianum," says René Zahnd, CEO of Swiss Prime Site.
The Tertianum Group, a Swiss Prime Site Group company, took over the operation on July 1, 2017, having previously managed La Gottaz on a mandate basis. The facility "offers guests with high standards a sophisticated living space in an elegant ambience," according to Swiss Prime Site. Another important aspect is the generally quiet location with good connections to public and private motorized transport.
