Gabriela Theus to head IMMOFONDS in future
As of October 1, Gabriela Theus will become Chairwoman of the Executive Board of AG für Fondsverwaltung and the new Head of IMMOFONDS. She has been CFO of Zug Estates Holding for the past five years.

Gabriela Theus succeeds Dominik Weber in her new position, who announced in March that he would leave the AG für Fondsverwaltung at the end of September.
Theus has been with Zug Estates Holding and its predecessor company MZ-Immobilien for the past seven years. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2012, her responsibilities included financial management, human resources and corporate communications for the listed real estate company. She left the company at the end of March.
Gabriela Theus is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and started her professional career at Knorr Capital Partners in 1999. She then worked in the Real Estate Corporate Finance division of Ernst & Young before joining Sal. Oppenheim Corporate Finance as Vice President responsible for real estate valuations and real estate transactions.
IMMOFONDS was founded in 1955 and is one of the ten largest listed real estate funds in Switzerland. The fund invests in Swiss real estate assets, primarily in residential properties in urban centers and agglomerations.
