According to the newspaper report Horst Rahe already has a letter of intent for the hotel in a former Zurich office building. Further details were not disclosed at this time.

Hotels under the "Henri" brand already exist in Hamburg and Berlin, and another is scheduled to open in Düsseldorf in 2018. There, too, a former office tower in the Pempelfort district is being converted into a hotel.

According to the company, the special feature of the Henri concept is that it is aimed at tourists and business travelers as well as long-term guests. In addition to a fitness room and spa area, there is therefore also a communal kitchen where meals are served and guests can help themselves to drinks and snacks. The houses in Hamburg and Berlin have rooms and studios ranging from 20 to 40 square meters, some equipped with kitchenettes.

Behind the Henri brand is German tourism investor Horst Rahe, who also runs the a-ja resorts. One is being built in the Volcano superstructure. It will be the first a-ja City Resort in Switzerland with 320 rooms.
