Investis places 180 million bond
On September 5, Investis Holding placed a fixed-interest bond with a volume of CHF 180 million on the capital market.

The bond issue makes it possible to optimize the financing structure and benefit from the current attractive conditions on the capital market, Investis writes in a press release.
It was the third bond issue, and demand for it was high, the real estate company added.
The bond has a volume of 180 million with a coupon of 0.75 percent and a term of five years. The proceeds will be used to repay mortgages.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse, Bank Vontobel and UBS acted as Joint Lead Managers/Joint Bookrunners of the transaction. Admission to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange has been applied for and the bond is scheduled to be paid out on October 3, 2017.
