Feondor expands corporate management
Asset manager Feondor, founded in 2008 by UBS experts Ralph Hermann and Vivian Strosek, is expanding its management level. Dr. Clemens Stockhammer, who most recently spent ten years in senior positions at UBS Wealth Management and UBS Global Real Estate responsible for direct, global UHNWI private client services and investment management across Europe, joins the group with immediate effect as shareholder and managing director.
Feondor Group serves international clients in sourcing, structuring, implementing and managing direct real estate investments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. Feondor currently manages real estate assets of 500 million euros, and is aiming for a mandate volume of over two billion euros. (ah)
