Geneva Region: Groundbreaking for P9 project in Meinier
At the end of September, the Fondation de la Pallanterie, as the developer, celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the P9 building in the La Pallanterie industrial and commercial area in the Geneva municipalities of Meinier and Collonge-Bellerive.
The multi-purpose building for industry and commerce on a site of around 4,000 sqm will comprise two basement floors and four above-ground floors (including mezzanine and attic floors) with a gross floor area of 11,500 sqm.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2018. HRS Real Estate AG was commissioned by the Fondation de la Pallanterie as general contractor for the construction of the multi-purpose building. The preparatory measures for construction were started in January 2017.
