Jay S. Hennick new Colliers Managing Director
Colliers International Group has announced the appointments of Jay S. Hennick as chairman and chief executive officer and Dylan Taylor as president and COO. The appointments follow the resignation of managing director Douglas Frye.

Hennick, who founded FirstService Corporation - the former parent company of Colliers International - in 1989, served as CEO until earlier this month and was responsible for the reorganization of FirstService into two publicly traded companies. Operational responsibilities will be transferred unchanged to current global COO Dylan Taylor, who will also serve as company president, Colliers wrote in a Media release.
Earlier this month, Colliers International Group Inc. and FirstService Corporation announced their reorganization into two independent public companies - Colliers International Group Inc. and the new FirstService Corporation. This move will make Colliers International one of the leading publicly traded commercial real estate companies in the world.
