New management for ImmoVision1 AG

Simon Meier is the new managing director of ImmoVision1 AG.

The private equity company is now led by a trio of Simon Meier as Managing Director and the two portfolio managers Jutta Mauderli and Daniel Senn.

In the 2014 financial year, ImmoVision1 AG achieved a return on equity of 5.3 percent on assets of around CHF 95 million and 275 rental apartments. In autumn, a newly built apartment building in Biel with 29 apartments was added to the portfolio, and an existing property was acquired together with a new construction project in Urdorf (ZH) with a total of 29 apartments.
