Mobimo presents plans for Mattenhof
The Mattenhof site in Kriens is to be built over by the beginning of 2019. Mobimo is planning a centre development with hotel, office, residential and commercial space on the site in the Lucerne South development area directly adjacent to the Mattenhof S-Bahn station.
There will be 300 rental apartments, over 20,000 sqm of office space, over 7,000 sqm of retail space and a hotel with 155 rooms. A total of around CHF 250 million will be invested. The design plan was drawn up by the architectural firm Scheitlin Syfrig from Lucerne and has been legally binding since February 2013. (ah)
