Comfort wants to strengthen its Swiss business
Comfort Center Consulting GmbH, a subsidiary of the Comfort Group, intends to expand its activities in Switzerland and Austria. To this end, the company, which specializes in retail real estate, has recruited Dieter Bullinger (61).
Bullinger was initially economic development manager in Freiburg im Breisgau in the south of Baden, later he worked in ECE project management for eleven years and as development managing director he was responsible for various shopping center developments and restructurings in Germany as well as for ECE's first steps into other European countries.
From 2001 to 2012, Bullinger worked for Spar Austria's shopping centers in its foreign markets, where he was also responsible for new center developments in Italy and the acquisition of center management contracts in Hungary. After the founding of SES Spar European Shopping Centers GmbH, his responsibilities there included asset management for all Spar shopping centers. (ah)
