Hans-Peter Domanig to take care of "Femme de Vals
Hans-Peter Domanig will become the new chairman of the board of directors of 7132 AG, which operates the thermal spa in Vals and the associated hotel, on October 1. Hans-Rudolf Rütti will take over the operational management. Domanig and Rütti, together with the other members of the board of directors Remo Stoffel and Pius Truffer, are to accompany and implement the vision for the existing hotel and drive forward the new hotel project "Femme de Vals", 7132 AG announced.

Real estate entrepreneur Remo Stoffel had presented the hotel project with the planned 381-meter tower to the public in March. The hotel - it would be the tallest building in Europe - is to offer 107 rooms on 82 floors. The slender tower was designed by the well-known American architect Thom Mayne and his office Morphosis. The project is expected to cost a total of CHF 300 million. However, it is still unclear whether the controversial tower will actually be realized. The municipal assembly will vote on it next year.
Hans-Peter Domanig, who is now to drive the project forward, is an experienced industry expert. He built up the Priora Group from 2010, first as CEO/Board member and since 2014 as Chairman of the Board of Priora Holding AG. From 1994 to 2010, he was CEO of Implenia Real Estate and a member of the Group Executive Board.
Hans-Rudolf Rütti is a qualified hotelier and holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany. He has managed renowned hotels such as Victoria-Jungfrau in Interlaken, The Dolder Grand in Zurich and Tschuggen in Arosa. (ah)
