CS fund builds logistics center in Derendingen
A new logistics center is being built on the former Schoeller site in Derendingen and Luterbach. The developer and investor is the real estate fund Credit Suisse Real Estate Funds LogisticsPlus.
Preparatory work for a new hall is currently underway. Some existing buildings are being demolished, and earthworks are also necessary. The new logistics center will be 195 m long, 97 m wide and 16.2 m high. The tenant will remain DHL Logistics AG, which is already located on the site.
The site with a land area of around 100,000 sqm is owned by the logistics real estate fund Credit Suisse Real Estate Funds LogisticsPlus. The fund was launched in 2014 and has since built up a portfolio of eight properties with a market value of CHF 224.9 million (reporting date September 30, 2015). (ah)
