Pax Anlage appoints interim CFO
The Board of Directors of Pax Anlage AG has appointed Franz Rutzer as interim CFO. He will take up his position on January 1, 2016 and will support Pax Anlage AG until the position of CFO can be filled permanently.

Pax Anlage AG, domiciled in Basel, is majority-owned (directly and indirectly) by Pax Holding (cooperative) and holds 100 percent of the shares in Pax Immotrade, Pax Wohnbauten, Pax-Liegenschaften, Pax Invest, Pax Verwaltungen and Pax Construct.
