Swiss Life Fund increases its capital

The proceeds from the issue will be used to reduce the debt ratio to such an extent that future property purchases can be financed by borrowing, Swiss Life Asset Managers announced. A commercial property in Zurich has already been acquired as part of the capital increase.

Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland was launched in 2012 and invests in high-quality commercial properties in Switzerland that have very good property and location qualities.
