Prime Elements plans hotel project in Sedrun
Prime Elements AG, based in Cham, is planning a CHF 27 million development with a hotel and apartments in Sedrun. As reported by "Südostschweiz", construction work is to start next spring.
According to the newspaper report, four new buildings are planned in Sedrun, on the site of the former hotel "Oberalp": a hotel with 54 beds, a complex with ten managed apartments and a property with seven second homes.
Prime Elements sees great potential in the region because of the Andermatt-Sedrun ski arena currently under construction. (ah)
