Wüest & Partner: Andreas Pörschke heads Frankfurt office

Andreas Pörschke (45) holds a degree in business administration and is a member of the RICS; he is considered an expert in real estate valuation and has in-depth knowledge of real estate accounting. Before joining Wüest & Partner Germany, he worked for KPMG in Frankfurt for around seven years, where he was responsible for managing the real estate competence center in the Audit Real Estate sector as senior manager and authorized signatory. Clients included well-known insurance companies and banks, commercial and residential real estate companies as well as project development companies and real estate funds.

Prior to this, Pörschke worked for BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG for around six years. There, as a senior manager and authorized signatory, he was responsible in particular for determining the market value of real estate, valuing shares in closed-end real estate funds and conducting financial due diligences as part of transaction processes.
