Livit strengthens its management team
Livit, the real estate management company belonging to Swiss Life, is strengthening its management team in January. Johann Candrian takes over as Regional Head of Property Management East, and Ramona Strassberger is now Head of Quality Management and Compliance.
Johann Candrian is responsible for the Regional Management East. This includes the Zurich branch, which he also manages directly as branch manager, as well as the Basel and St. Gallen branches, which report to him. Candrian, a qualified real estate trustee with further training as a real estate economist (MREM), spent more than ten years in the real estate division of Swiss Post as well as at InfraPost AG in a wide variety of senior management positions. Before joining Livit, he held the position of Head of Real Estate at Genossenschaft Migros Zürich.
In order to expand the area of quality management, Livit has strengthened itself with Ramona Strassberger. In recent years, Strassberger has specialized in quality and process management, internal control systems (ICS), and risk and complaints management. She originally began her training as a qualified electrical draughtswoman and acquired the relevant specialist knowledge as a qualified business economist HF and qualified quality and process manager NDS HF.
