Patrimonium fund plans capital increase
The real estate fund Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund "PSREF" intends to carry out a capital increase of CHF 60 to 65 million at the end of March 2016. According to Patrimonium, the proceeds of the issue will be used to repay debt financing, to finance ongoing projects and to expand the portfolio.
The subscription period runs from March 14 to 22, 2016, and the subscribed capital will be paid in on March 31. Information on the issue price and subscription ratio will be announced by Patrimonium shortly before the capital increase. The capital increase is to be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders.
PSREF, with total fund assets of CHF 643 million (as of Sept. 30, 2015), invests in residential and mixed-use properties in the low and medium rental price segment, predominantly in the Lake Geneva region and on the Fribourg-Berne-Basel axis. (ah)
