Pax Anlage: CEO Stefan Kuhn resigns
The CEO of Pax Anlage AG, Stefan Kuhn, has resigned from the operational management of the company. He is stepping down at his own request and for personal reasons, Pax Anlage AG announced on January 12.
The search for a successor has already been initiated, the statement continues. Until the succession is settled, the Board of Directors has appointed Franz Rutzer, CFO of Pax Anlage AG, as CEO ad interim. Rutzer will take up this position with immediate effect.
Stefan Kuhn had only been CEO at Pax Anlage AG since May 2015. During his tenure, the first course was set for the further development of the company. Pax Anlage is currently in a phase of realignment; in this context, Franz Rutzer was appointed CFO in December 2015. (ah)
