UBS fund Sima plans capital increase
UBS Fund Management is planning a capital increase for the UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Mixed "Sima" of around CHF 370 million at the end of April or beginning of May 2016.
The funds from the capital increase will be used to purchase properties, finance further construction projects and refurbishments, and repay borrowings.
The exact terms will be announced by UBS at the beginning of April 2016, UBS says. The issue price consists of the net asset value as of the end of December 2015 after distribution plus the accrued income until the payment date and the issue commission.
UBS Sima invests in residential and commercial real estate throughout Switzerland, with a focus on large cities and their agglomerations. (ah)
