Claudio Rudolf is the new Head of Transaction Real Estate at EY
Claudio Rudolf has been a new partner at EY in Switzerland since March 1. The 53-year-old heads the Transaction Real Estate practice there and is tasked with further expanding it and establishing it in the market. Rudolf's responsibilities at EY include transactions, valuations and consulting services in the real estate sector.

Claudio Rudolf has served as Managing Director at Credit Suisse for the past ten years in the position of Head Acquisition & Sales, Real Estate Investment Management. In this function, he was responsible for all real estate transactions of Credit Suisse's real estate investment vehicles in Switzerland.
From 2004 to 2006, Rudolf was Head Acquisition & Disposition at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, managing real estate acquisitions and sales for its Swiss real estate investment products. Prior to that, he worked for EY's predecessor organization Arthur Andersen as a manager in Real Estate Corporate Finance and mainly in Real Estate Valuations and Due Diligence.
Rudolf studied architecture at the ETH Zurich and completed a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (BWI). He also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Real Estate Management at the EBS University of Economics and Law in Frankfurt. In addition to various advisory and board mandates during his career, Rudolf is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
