Capital increase for Valres Swiss Residential
Valres Fund Management is planning a capital increase of CHF 45 million for Valres Swiss Residential. The issue is to be carried out from May 2 to 12, 2016 and will enable the further expansion of the real estate portfolio.
The Valres Swiss Residential Fund focuses on investments in French-speaking Switzerland. Today, the fund's total assets amount to over CHF 41 million and include eight properties. Recent acquisitions were made in Geneva and Lausanne. The vacancy rate is 0.38 percent. The fund achieved a gross return of 5.28% and outperformed the SWIIT index in its first financial year. (ah)
