Procimmo makes acquisitions in northwestern Switzerland
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II has acquired two portfolio properties with a total market value of approximately CHF 25 million.
The first property was purchased at the beginning of 2016 in Pratteln (BL), at Wannenboden 9. It is a logistics property with a market value of around CHF 19 million and a leasable area of 12,413 sqm. The property is located on the eastern outskirts of Pratteln in a commercial district in the immediate vicinity of the freeway access (A2/A3).
At the beginning of March, a property in Würenlos (AG) with a rentable area of 3,117 sqm was acquired as the second property. The property is located at Grosszelgstrasse 21/21a in the northwestern part of the municipality and has a market value of around CHF six million.
Both properties are fully leased with long-term rental agreements.
The estimated real estate assets of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II after the acquisitions amount to approximately CHF 190 million. (ah)
