Philippe Frei moves to Livit
As of July 1, 2016, Philippe Frei will become the new Head of Rental Management at the real estate service provider Livit. The position was newly created in order to further expand the area in a targeted manner.
Philippe Frei (born in 1971) will in future be responsible at Livit for the development of rental management in the branches throughout Switzerland and for driving forward the further development of a specialization in this area, the company says.
For the past two years, Frei has been responsible for building up and managing the leasing business for the whole of Switzerland at Jones Lang LaSalle in Zurich. From 2006 to 2014, he was Head of Commercial Letting & Tenant Representation at Colliers International, where he was also a member of the Executive Board. (ah)
