bfw liegenschaften: Short-term withdrawal of a new board of directors
Serge Aerne has not joined the Board of Directors of bfw liegenschaften as planned. According to the company, the Chief Marketing Officer of BFW informed the Board of Directors on the day of the Annual General Meeting that he wanted to concentrate on his operational functions at bfw liegenschaften and the Admicasa Group.
The Annual General Meeting of bfw liegenschaften AG on April 27, 2016 therefore re-elected Hans Jörg Brun, Beat Frischknecht and André Robert Spathelf as members of the Board of Directors for a term of office of one year. Spathelf also remains Chairman of the company's Board of Directors. (ah)
