Helvetica Property Investors expands management
Helvetica Property Investors AG brings Frederic Königsegg on board. Königsegg will take over the Investment division as of June 1, 2016 and will be responsible for the purchase and sale of properties as a member of the Executive Board.
Until now, Frederic Königsegg (47) was Managing Director of Jargonnant Partners, responsible for the purchase of European investment properties. As a Director of Valartis Asset Management, he previously had overall responsibility for two Luxembourg-based investment companies. Königsegg holds a master's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
Helvetica Property expects Königsegg to strengthen the company's expertise and network of relationships. His signing "underlines the determination to become one of the leading investment companies in real estate," Helvetica Property said in a media release. (ah)
