Mark Honauer new Chairman of the Board at pom+
The Swiss consulting company pom+, which is active in real estate, infrastructures and organizations, has a new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mark Honauer. He took over the office from Prof. em. Hans-Rudolf Schalcher, co-founder of pom+, as of June 17, 2016.
Mark Honauer, 64, who has been a member of the pom+ Board of Directors since 2012, looks back on a career spanning almost 40 years in the construction and real estate industry. After working for various general contractors, he held various management positions at Swissair Real Estate for over a decade. He then spent almost ten years as a member of the management board and CEO of Avireal AG, where he was responsible for the company until it was sold.
From 2006 to 2015, Mark Honauer was Head of Real Estate at Suva (Swiss Accident Insurance), Lucerne. Today, he serves as a professional board member for various companies, including Swiss Life REIM AG and Verit Immobilien AG.
