Valres-Fonds buys in the French-speaking part of Switzerland
The real estate fund Valres Swiss Residential Fund has invested the funds from its capital increase within a short period of time. A total of eleven properties were acquired.

The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) had increased its capital by around CHF 45 million at the end of May. With the proceeds of the capital measure, the fund management acquired eleven properties in western Switzerland within only 30 days. 53 percent of the properties are located in Geneva, 30.5 percent in the canton of Vaud and 16.5 percent in the canton of Fribourg.
The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) invests directly and indirectly in real estate assets in Western Switzerland. The objective is to build a portfolio of inner-city properties with weak vacancy risk and great value creation potential. (ah)
