Swiss Life buys in Neuchâtel
The Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties real estate fund has acquired a prestigious residential and commercial building in a very central location in Neuchâtel.
The fully let property in a prominent pedestrian location not far from Neuchâtel's lakeside promenade is an ideal addition to the portfolio of the Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties real estate fund, Swiss Life writes in a press release. The property on Rue Saint-Honoré has 17 apartments and 800 square meters of commercial space, which are let on long-term leases. The prestigious building was renovated in 2013 and is in very good condition.
Following the acquisition, the fund portfolio consists of 45 properties with a market value of over CHF 588 million.
The Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties real estate fund was launched in November 2015. It invests primarily in residential properties and selected commercial properties, preferably in Swiss cities or their agglomerations. (ah)
