"On average, our customers hold between 20 and 30 percent of their properties in Western Switzerland." Bruno Kurz, Head of Letting & Investment Advisory at Wincasa
"On average, our customers hold between 20 and 30 percent of their properties in French-speaking Switzerland," says Bruno Kurz, Head of Letting & Investment Advisory at Wincasa, explaining the motivation behind the expansion of customer services at the Geneva location. Madjid Massih (Letting Advisory) and Vitali Bekker (Investment Advisory) are now responsible for implementation in Western Switzerland.
With this expansion of its competencies in French-speaking Switzerland and the integration of immoveris, a company with locations in Bern and Fribourg, which was announced in May 2016, Wincasa is further strengthening its market position in Switzerland. With this step, Wincasa is "also responding to our customers' need for regional expertise and a Switzerland-wide presence," Kurz said.
Madjid Massih was most recently Head of Real Estate Management at the Touring Club of Switzerland (TCS). He studied business administration at the University of Geneva and recently successfully completed a master's degree in "Expertise immobilière" at the Lausanne University of Applied Sciences (EPFL).
Vitali Bekker previously worked in the field of family offices and private equity investors. He is a trained business economist and most recently worked as a real estate agent and investment banker. Both specialists grew up in Geneva and have "an active, strong regional network," according to Wincasa. (mr)
