New head of the Privera branch in Baden
From August 1, 2016, Christian Baur (34) will become the new branch manager of Privera in Baden-Dättwil. In his new role, the qualified real estate manager and developer will assume overall responsibility for looking after the branch's customers.
Christian Baur has been with Privera for 13 years. As Head of Commercial Property Management since 2012, he was responsible for the management of complex commercial properties and shopping centers and led a team of 16 employees.
Under Baur's leadership, various digitalization projects at Privera will be driven forward and the existing high quality of services will be further developed, the statement continues.
Baur is taking over the management of the Baden-Dättwil site from Pascal Kurth, who has been in charge since 2012. He is leaving the company and will return to his home country of Germany. (mr)
