Helvetica Swiss Commercial invests in commercial properties in Switzerland's major economic areas with a maximum residential component of 30 percent, Helvetica Property Investors says. "The core of the investments are properties outside of the sold-out city center locations and properties that are potentially undervalued in addition to the attractive operating yield and should therefore benefit from the next cycle upswing," says Hans R. Holdener, CEO and managing partner.

The issue volume will be at least CHF 100 million and at most CHF 200 million, Helvetica Property Investors AG further writes in a statement. (ah)
