Good Buildings SREF with 1.35 percent performance
Berninvest AG's Good Buildings SREF real estate fund generated an investment return of 1.09 percent in the first half of 2016, with a performance of 1.35 percent.
As of June 30, 2016, the fund had properties with fair values of around CHF 178 million in its portfolio.
This year, a dividend was distributed for the first time: CHF 1.00 per unit certificate was paid out, corresponding to a payout ratio of 69 percent of the net income of CHF 1.73 million. In the medium term, Berninvest aims to distribute 75 to 90 percent of net income.
The Good Buildings SREF invests in properties that have been built in the last three years or are in the construction phase. In recent months, the new construction project in Wangen an der Aare was completed, and construction also started on the Kreuzäcker development in Spreitenbach. The fund also acquired a commercial property at Hermetschloostrasse 77 in Zurich. (ah)
