Acron expands management

The real estate investment company Acron has expanded its management team with Michael Teperski and Paul Soblik. Both assume the rank of Managing Director and report to CEO Kai Bender.

Michael Teperski has been responsible for Marketing, Business Development and Client Relationship Management at Acron since September 1, 2016. The 49-year-old comes from the German asset management company DJE Kapital AG, Munich, where he was Head of Marketing & Public Relations. Previously, he was Deputy Head of Marketing Investment Banking at Bank Vontobel in Zurich.

Paul Soblik took up the position of Head of Hospitality on August 1, 2016. The 35-year-old was previously Founding Partner of Macun Capital Partners in Pfäffikon, Vice President Acquisitions Hotels at Credit Suisse in Zurich and Senior Associate Consulting & Valuation at HVS in New York. With the appointment of Soblik, Acron wants to underline the increasing importance of the investment focus on hotel real estate. Hotels currently account for 40 percent of the group's current investments.

"The strengthening of the management underlines the importance of Switzerland as a location and will help us to continue the growth course of our company," says Chairman of the Board Klaus W. Bender. The Acron Group is headquartered in Zurich and has subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Düsseldorf, Dallas and Sâo Paulo. (ah)
