VSRF: Numerous acquisitions

The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) has made ten acquisitions in recent months and increased its real estate assets to CHF 127 million. In May of this year, real estate assets still amounted to 53 million.

VSRF's real estate portfolio generates rental income of around CHF 6.5 million as of September 1, 2016. The fund's total rental area amounts to 26,700 sqm, 75 percent of which is located in the urban environment. In terms of geographical distribution, Geneva represents 45 percent of total assets, followed by Fribourg (29%) and Vaud (26%).

The fund was launched in November 2014 and focuses on properties in central locations in French-speaking Switzerland, with the option to undertake value-added renovations in the short or medium term. (ah)
